It bent when I inserted it in the back of my TV and when I contacted the company online they informed me to take a photo of it and email it the email address, which I did.
That was a month ago and nothing , no reply very disrespectful Company,

Keep any room in your home cool with this Hisense air conditioner. It has an adjustable humidistat, so you can raise or lower humidity, and it operates at temperatures as low as 38 degrees Fahrenheit. I had it 10 months and it just stopped dehumidifying. However I did email the company and I was requested call them, fill out a form, cut off the wire with plug and mail it back to them. I will see what they do to make up for what has happened.

Quiet for a dehumidifier and removes excess moisture from my 1400 ft house. I've had it for two days , very happy so far.
