The Helghast just won't die. You defeated their violent, cold-hearted leader, Visari. Along with the Interplanetary Strategic Alliance, you evacuated their planet. You thought it was over. You thought wrong. The Helghast have returned to terrorize the universe with more battalions, more weapons and more anger than ever. The threat is as real as ever — it's a Killzone out there and the challenge is on. Even the power of the ISA seems unable to match the recharged armies of the Helghast, and the future looks bleak. The universe needs someone with sharpshooting precision and untiring courage. The universe needs a hero. The universe needs you.Boldly return to the future's most terrifying and challenging epic war, and engross yourself in the gripping plot and heart-pounding action of Killzone 3. The battle is more brutal than ever as you fight face-to-face with Helghast troops in the new melee system. Do you dare to step even further into the fray to experience the bullets blazing into your living room and the frightful enemies marching out of your TV screen? This time, Killzone is compatible with 3D technology to really pull you into the battle. Play alone and control all the action of war with your own fingertips, or enlist your friends to join you in innovative new game modes. This time around, you have more abilities, more advanced weapons and more access to thrilling high-speed vehicles than before. But remember, your enemy is just as strong — it will take guts and tenacity to be the one who will come out on top and survive the Killzone this time.

WOW is this game great! From start to finish it is a non-stop pounding in the face. The Helghast are relentless this time around. I want to first point out the AI. The AI is amazing and too good at times. The Higs will do anything and use any strategy to get you. They will approach you and they will try to flank you. You need to be on your toes this time. The guns are amazing. The battle scenes are insanely good. The environments are totally mind blowing. The story is movie quality. The online play is the best I have ever seen. This game is just a total grand slam in all categories. The sound by the way is terrific and the soundtrack is pure magic. This game will bring many many many hours of fun.
What's great about it: Best FPS I have ever played. It has everything and more.

If you thought the nightmare was over, think again. The madness of isolation and the reality at hand are one and the same as engineer Isaac Clarke returns for another blood-curdling adventure in the sequel to the critically acclaimed Dead Space. The terror of being hunted by the government and haunted by a dead lover merge into a single, cohesive paralyzing emotion — but you have to persevere despite the creeping paranoia of dementia and the grotesquery slouching within every shadow. The Necromorphs are ripping the massive city to pieces and if you're going to survive "The Sprawl", you'll have to get desperate in order to last in Dead Space 2.Isaac Clarke isn't free of the terror of his situation, but don't worry — it's about to get worse. You'll have to seize opportunity by the throat if you're going to survive being hunted by the government and withstand visions of a dead girlfriend. Equip yourself with the tools to decimate and eviscerate the horrors surrounding you, like improved telekinesis, trip mines or even hull breaches to suck those things back into the dead of space where they belong. It won't be a walk in the park, though. In fact, you'll experience "The Sprawl" like never before in zero gravity with full 360° movement, destroying creatures in new weightless combat and unique, physics-based puzzles. Don't fret, you can share the loneliness of space — and the Necromorphs — with friends online in skirmishes to see if anyone really can hear you scream in space.

How in the world did they manage to top the first Dead Space? Well who knows but they did. From the very first second you start playing the tension and fear is clawing into you. Not to mention the graphics and the sound are stellar. The surround sound is terrifying at times. They really make great use of it. The game gets pretty hard at the end. It's almost at the point of too hard but with the right strategy it's not impossible. The story is astounding and there needs to be a movie made for this. I had high expectations and as a Dead Space fan I am very pleased.
What's great about it: Everything you want in Dead Space and More.
What's not so great: Surround sound is too scary at times.

Man they really screwed this game up. It's so slame it's laughable at times. It plays like a cheap beta version of the first one. I don't know how the heck they went backwards with the graphics, sound and gameplay?!?!?!?!? Anyway if you haven't played the first one then get that one. This one is garbage.
What's great about it: If you own the first one then nothing.
What's not so great: Graphics, sound, gameplay.

Intense Thrillride Into The Bowels of Terror.

This movie is one of my all time favorite horror movies. From start to finish you will be very uneasy and feel on edge. If you have a fear of tight places the cave entry scenes will keep you up at night alone. This movie was perfectly made and deserves tons of respect from all horror fans. 3 tips for watching this movie.
1. Try to have all the lights out.
2. If you can watch with surround sound then do it.
3. The less you know about the movie the better.
Enjoy!

Artisan's DVD of The Blair Witch Project is a Dolby 2.0, full-screen 1.33:1 presentation. What would one expect from a movie famous for shaky camerawork? Predictably, plenty of the special features explore the made-up mythology of the film. The best of these is "Curse of the Blair Witch," the 45-minute "documentary" originally aired on cable TV to hype the film. The fascinating commentary and production notes step out of the "documentary" conceit to explain the nuts and bolts of the filmmaking. Two things were frustrating about the commentary by directors Daniel Myrick and Eduardo Sanchez: discussion of deleted scenes that the filmmakers hoped to see "end up somewhere" (they didn't), and references to specific dialogue that the viewer can't hear over the commentary (the directors may have the movie memorized, but most of us don't). Beyond those two problems, the commentary is a great window into the movie-making process, including the techniques used to make the actors almost as hungry and scared as their characters. To find some semi-hidden features, select "Special Features," arrow down to the stick figure symbol, and press enter. Ignore the ad for Stephen King's The Stand and watch the trailers for Blair Witch instead.

Great Movie!

This movie is a classic. A lot of people hate on this movie. However it's a movie where you have to let your imagination go free. It truly is a scary situation and the concept is simple and downright frightening. Watching it in my home theater was terrifying during the tent scenes. Also the suspense by the end is very heavy. I have always loved this movie and always will.
What's great about it: Film style.
What's not so great: Many people may not "get it".

The smell of trash assails you as you vault over a low dividing wall and right into a pile of refuse. You stand up in disgust but immediately trot down the dank alley before you; there isn't a second to lose in this desperate flight for your life. Your partner silently shadows you as you stalk to the next street. He may be an impulsive psychopath, but right now you have bigger problems. Your pursuers won't be long before they, too, are knee-deep in trash, but every escape holds a possible enemy. You scan the street, assess the possibilities and start to step out of the alley, prepared to casually blend in with the scurrying pedestrians. Just before your foot hits the pavement, your eyes lock onto the crisp uniform of the Shanghai police force bobbing through the crowd straight in your direction. You turn to vault back over the alley wall but hear the shouting voices of your pursuers on the other side. It seems that escape is impossible; how will you get out of this impossible situation?Kane and Lynch 2: Dog Days takes you on a heart-pumping journey through the streets of Shanghai. Play as the psychopathic Lynch or the ex-mercenary Kane as you evade your pursuers and jump, run and fight your way through seedy streets and gritty rooftops. Take on the underworld in this brutal crime shooter but keep an eye on your partner, you never know if he'll snap. Fragile alliance multiplayer mode, arcade modes, single player, online and offline co-op modes offer plenty of opportunities to test your shooting skills as you side with these two unhinged criminals.

Violence + Violence + Violence = Fun

This game has gotten the oddest reviews I have ever seen. It's truly a love or hate relationship with Kayne & Lynch Dog Days. I did not play the first one but I am glad I played this one. I'll explain the game to you. You pick up your gun and never stop shooting. That's it! There aren't any fancy puzzles. You won't find any boss battles. There aren't any collectibles. Forget about every way video games have evolved. This is nothing more than one big shootout. That's it. You empty your clip into enemies then advance then empty then advance then empty. However. For a fan of shooters this is a dream for me. It's still fun. Kane & Lynch are very profane and very violent. The look of the game may turn some off. But if you like a gritty, hand held camera look that looks as if it was filmed by an underground group of murderers then you like this. The sound is great as well as the voice acting. The dialogue is downright phenomenal. Fans of John Woo and Q. Tarantino will love the overall game package.
Bottom line, if you go into this game looking to ride chocobos and collect intel then you will have a rude awakening. But if you want to blow off some steam and just blast away an entire corrupt police force then rejoice! Because your Dog Days are here.
What's great about it: Game presentation, Shooter fans will love the non stop action
What's not so great: Kind of short. But a perfect length for this style of gaming.

Zombie slayer Frank West managed to save the country from a devastating undead uprising — if only he managed to eradicate it. In the ensuing years, the American public has come to realize the zombies weren't stopped, just stalled. The zombie threat continues to terrorize the public in massive outbreaks with mind-numbing results. Now you will step into the daredevil shoes of national Motocross talent Chuck Greene and travel to flashy Fortune City. It's not gambling and a show you're looking for, however — you're here to compete in "Terror is Reality," a gruesome game show that dares contestants to survive zombie-filled environments for the entertainment of TV audiences around the globe. Your motivation for stepping into this dangerous environment is your daughter Katey, who has been bitten by a zombie and requires a daily dose of Zombrex to prevent her from turning. Zombrex is the only effective drug of its kind on the market, making the price excruciatingly high. Unfortunately, while you're in Fortune City, a zombie outbreak occurs and you must survive the onslaught of the undead for 72 hours. Forced to defend against two fearsome threats — tens of thousands of zombies and the constant countdown of the clock — while potentially rescuing other survivors of the zombie apocalypse, you must also unravel the greater conspiracy behind the outbreak and, just as importantly, find the Zombrex necessary to stop Katey from joining the ever-growing zombie horde. It's time to shoot, stab, carve and drive your way through enemies in order to beat the clock and survive 72 hours in the darkly comedic, no holds-barred confines of Fortune City. Dead Rising 2 takes you on another heart-pumping adventure as you strive to defeat a zombie force the likes of which the world has never seen. With more undead to defeat than ever, you'll need to keep your head if you want to succeed. With repair skills and a handyman attitude, you have a lot more to offer than just national Motocross talent. As Chuck Greene, you will find countless new objects to use as weapons, and hone your mind as the deadliest weapon. Chop, smash, crush and pummel the undead with everyday objects. With you in control, these zombies won't even know what hit them. You'll need to use every bit of brainpower to save this city of sin, but watch out — a zombie might just succeed at chilling your lucky streak.

I Hate This Game!

This game is nothing more than a collection of annoyances.
Missions are timed. Do in a sandbox game it restricts you from exploring. Even when not in a mission there is a timer to get your daughter Zombrex....
Next. Where do you even get Zombrex. I am looking for pawn shops and can't find any. I played for 3 hours and can't find any.
Graphics are mediocre and very jumpy and choppy.
Voice acting stinks and there is no voice when interacting with people. So while zombies are creeping up on you there is dialogue to read.
Load times are totally disgustingly slow. It really kills the action.
So much to do but so little time. You always feel rushed. I wanted to explore and make some weapons or just kill some zombies but that clock keeps on ticking away. So I have to run around aimlessly trying to find this mythical Zombrex pawn shop.
I wanted to like this game so bad and even got it on launch day. However once again Capcom proves to be another let down. This game is only good for killing some time. But a true gamer looking for a good story and missions that make sense and don't all mash together will dismiss this game to the gutter like I did. I hate this game!
What's not so great: Misses the mark.

I remember when Soundgarden first hit the scene. It was a time when the music world was flipped on its head and Alternative music was introduced. Nirvana, Primus, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Pearl Jam. All these bands were part of life changing history. In comes Soundgarden with their heavy, grunge, grinding, heavy, rock sound. It was like someone stepping on your windpipe and you still fighting for life. Their first album was great and Louder Than Love was also great. But the world wasn't knocked on its rear end until their 3rd album popped and Rusty Cage and Outshined smacked you upside the head. After that it was album after album of amazing and artistic music. Soundgarden had many side projects and Chris Cornell dabbled in a solo career straying away from rock slightly (or greatly). But you always got a quality, heartfelt end result. This compilation is a trip back to when the world stopped caring about labels and genres and bling and .... showers. This is a true gift to anyone who wants to recall this amazing wave of music that swept us all into the gutter. If you are new to Soundgarden then I think you should start right here with this album.
The deluxe edition is great for any old time fan. I still remember that dang Spoonman video and me almost busting my knuckles up trying to mimic the dude in it. Other than that this is the perfect collection.
What's great about it: Fans Will Love It

Anti-American Storyline. Do Not Buy!
By matrixixix from Eastchester NY
It's been revealed today that there is an option to play as the Taliban killing American Soldiers. This game has been banned on all US Military bases and all Gamestop stores on or near US Military bases. Unbelievable that such a legendary franchise would welcome itself back with garbage like this. Electronic Arts better recall this game and fix this or it will bomb.

I DO tend to get bent out of shape when a video game glorifies a group of people who flew planes into MY CITY and killed thousands of people that triggered a war that killed many more people and many innocent people on enemy soil. Odd that many of you people defend this.
