Broken dishwasher in under a year and nonexistent customer service! My advice is to avoid any and all Whirlpool products. This dishwasher was in the new model home I recently purchased. There was a problem with the door and hinges so I called for service. Three weeks and four service visits later I still don't have a functioning dishwasher. Whirlpool has replaced the entire tub and hinge assembly twice and is now scheduled to replace the entire door. Regardless of the number of visits by the repair man and the plumber they refuse to just replace the unit. They are uninterested in the fact that I am unhappy and without a dishwasher for three weeks. I have had great customer service and product experiences with LG and Best Buy in the past and will go that way again in the future.
