I purchased the 55 inch version of the 9000 series, brought it back thinking that the 7500 series would be the same quality....I WAS WRONG. I regret getting the 7500 model. Don't get me wrong, it has a nice picture to it, but not as good as the SUHD 9000. I can honestly tell a difference in the picture and how clear it is. If you are going to spend good money on a TV, make sure you do your homework first.

I HAVE HAD THIS TV FOR ALMOST A WEEK AND THE PICTURE QUALITY IS AMAZING. THE REMOTE CONTROL FEATURES ARE EASY TO USE. THE COLORS WHILE WATCHING BLU-RAY MOVIES AS WELL AS PLAYING PS4 ARE CRYSTAL CLEAR. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETTING GOOD HDMI CABLES WITH IT TOO. IF NOT, THE PICTURE WILL STILL LOOK EPIC! I WILL DEFINITELY GET A 65 INCH IN THE FUTURE.

what's the difference between the 9000 and 8500?
THE PICTURE IS PRETTY MUCH THE SAME. THE 9000 IS CURVED.

what is the advantage of the curve in the tv
There is nothing really special about the curve tv. It is only curved so you can see from all angles in a room. You can do the same on a flat panel.
