With built-in Alexa Voice Service, ecobee4 can listen to your voice commands and respond. Have it set a timer, read you the news, adjust the temperature, and more. It also comes with a room sensor that helps manage hot and cold spots in your home, delivering comfort in the rooms that matter. And because they can detect occupancy, they can automatically enable the right mode on your ecobee4 for energy savings when it senses no one is home.

Got my New Ecobee 4 with built in Amazon Alexa and very excited to share my experience with you all. First off I want to say I don’t know how I went this long not owning an Ecobee Thermostat. I have always had Nest in my home but after using the Ecobee 4 for a few weeks it’s a much better thermostat in my opinion. The new Ecobee 4 has a built-in speaker and mic for Alexa and surprisingly it was much louder than I thought it would be, and very clear. Just give Alexa a command and you get that familiar blue LED at the top of the Ecobee that it’s listening. Commands with Alexa on the Ecobee 4 seem to be even a touch faster than some of the other Echo’s in my home. Setup was a snap and this time around I set it to control my Humidifier as well. It also came with 1 sensor and I think the sensors are what really sets the Ecobee apart from other smart thermostats. I ended up getting an additional 2 sensors for a total of 3. The Ecobee 4 can be setup to follow you in the house based on sensor activity so if you travel from room to room the temp will adjust. These sensors are great and when added to a Smart Hub they can be used to trigger a flow based off motion or temperature. When I first setup the Ecobee 4 I entered my home , away, and sleep temp ranges and I haven’t touched it once to adjust, its doing a great job all on it’s own. The app is very easy to navigate and also they have an amazing dashboard on Ecobee’s website that allows you to get some great data history on usage. I added it to SmartThings and its working great and coming soon to Wink as well. Having the built in Amazon Alexa allowed me to have yet another room in my home that can be controlled by voice. Overall I am very impressed and I highly recommend getting one if you’re in the market. I have tried several smart thermostats in the past but the Ecobee by far offers the best features for the price especially now with the built-in Amazon Alexa. I am huge Home Automation nut and I am always getting the latest and greatest which is how I stumbled upon the NuBryte Touchpoint!! Let’s just say this is a device the whole family will enjoy! My wife is not a big fan of my gadgets in the House but the NuBryte was the one exception for her....she actually enjoys using it! First let's talk about packaging and installation. The packaging of the NuBryte was beautiful and unboxing it I discovered one of the most beautiful Home Automation devices I have seen....its eye candy for tech nerds like me. Installation was a snap and I was up and running in under 20 minutes and that's including wiring it, and setting up on home wifi and app! Its looks beautiful on the wall!! If you can install a simple light switch you can install the NuBryte. The touchscreen is colorful and very reactive to touch! The NuBryte Touchpoint is much more than just a smart light switch...it has solved the problem of getting a bunch of different devices to do one thing in a nice clean all-in-one package. I got 1 single gang NuBryte and 1 double gang as well. There are so many smart lighting options to choose from like "motion" lights will come on when you enter area, "Night Light" will turn on light slowly and at a soft glow so you have safe path at night, "Bedtime" have the lights fade to off at a scheduled time, "Wake Up" lights will gradually turn on to full brightness before you alarm sounds, and my favorite..."Vacation Mode" which simulates the light randomly to make it look like your home. The NuBryte offers an Intercom feature as well. This is by far my wife's favorite feature...no more yelling to kids upstairs. In addition the NuBryte also has built in Energy Reporting and you can keep track of daily energy and cost per light and it tracks it all on an easy to read monthly graph!! You can also get current local weather for your city and displays current indoor temperature and humidity!! The NuBryte has a built in alarm as well that can easily be activated via a keypad on the screen(or Nubryte app) and if it senses motion the alarm will sound with the built in siren and the built in camera will record video. All these great options can be easily accessed via the NuBryte app which is clean , simple and easy to navigate!! Also it now works on Amazon Echo as well so you can control your lights on/off by adding the NuBryte skill to your Amazon Echo. If you are looking for a great all-in-one solution look no further.....I love mine and I plan on getting a few more as well. Overall performance has been amazing and for a Home Automation device I haven’t come across any issues at all and they both have been working amazing and trust me they get some good use from the family!

Simple & Quick!! Option packed! Compact!

I would like to start off by saying I was totally surprised by the size of the Epson ES 400 Document scanner. It was well packaged, and simple to remove. Setup was extremely simple and I was up and running very quickly. Everything you need is in the box to get you up and running. I hooked mine up to my Apple Imac and it was simple as plugging it in, and downloading some software as well. The instructions and setup guide are very detailed and great illustrations. I started off by scanning some invoices, receipts and documents. Holy smokes is this baby fast....I loaded it up and it was off to the races scanning document after document. I did batch loading which seemed to make it even quicker. I was very surprised by the speed of the scanner. I moved on to some old photos we had. I knocked out over 100 photos in no time and the clarity of the scans are great. I wanted to try something smaller so I tried some business cards and receipts and those scanned great as well. I am so happy with this device and now I can empty out some boxes full of papers, photos and receipts. it allows you to save the scans locally or you can upload them to cloud based storage like Dropbox & Google drive. The supplied software you can install is super simple to use. For me I like simple and it wasn't complicated at all to work with. If you are like me and have a ton of photos, documents, receipts , bills and business cards you want scanned look no further and grab one of these. The Epson ES 400 definitely exceeded my expectations and now I have a happy wife enjoying the digital copies of the photos I made.

WOW...Printers have come so far over the years. I remember when I got my first personal printer what a big deal it was!! Its amazing to me how much technology and options they can pack into these Printers at such an affordable price point!! The Epson WF-2760 is LOADED with options and the price is amazing for what you get. You can scan, print, copy, and fax on this baby and it has this nice big almost 3 inch color screen to navigate the options. The setup is painless, and with wifi printing now a days its a snap to easily print from your phone.Sit on the couch and easily print a document no need to run to a computer. This is not the quietest of printers but for the price point I was already amazed at what it had to offer. Prints are very vivid, and copies just the same. One of the things I was most impressed with was the scanning...it does a nice and very clear scan of photos and receipts I scanned. Epson also give you access to some software you can opt to download to your computer which makes some options much easier to navigate. Also duplex printing works good and helps save on paper...you can print on both sides of the document. Its a good size and not too big and fits very nice on a computer desk area and with the wifi printing you can pretty much put it anywhere...the days of having it right next to computer are gone!! If you are looking for a simple, featured packed, affordable, good all in one solution this is a great direction to go in!! So I have been using the Epson Workforce WF-2750 all in one printer for several weeks now. We do lots of printing at my house so we have given this printer a good run for its money. I have 3 teenage kids that are constantly printing for school plus I work a couple days a week out of my home so I do lots of printing myself. Setup was super simple and I had it installed, connected to Wi-Fi, and ready to print in minutes. It has a nice 2.2” screen so it makes it very easy to see what you’re doing, or some of the setup options. This printer does printing, scanner, and copies as well…it also has fax option as well if needed. Documents sent to the printer print very fast, and the color is very vivid on the prints. Also one of my favorite options this printer has is duplex printing so you are able to print on both side of the piece of paper which is nice , and saves paper as well….there is no bleeding through when this done. Scanning works great as well…I scanned both documents, and photos and both were nice high quality scans. . To save on ink there are 4 separate cartridges so no need to go and buy a whole pack you can just get the color you are low on which is nice and saves money as well. Overall this is a great printer for the price…..I was actually surprised it had all the options for the price. Finally a printer that saves you money!!!!

The Epson ET-3600 tank less printer offers a great solution for people to FINALLY save money on printing costs. I have owned LOTS of printers over the years and always dreaded when I had to buy new ink cartridges....they are SO expensive. The Tank less solution allows you add refillable ink in the tank which lasts longer, printers better, and saves you money. At first I was skeptical on how it would print but it exceeded my expectations. Setup was a breeze and I was up and running in no time. Filling the tanks was super easy. My kids print a lot for school homework and projects so we go through a ton of ink. The Epson prints amzing....very vivid and clear prints.....I was floored how nice they came out. I gave this printer a good run for its money and printed a lot of stuff and really didnt go through much ink at all. This is an all in one printer as well so it offers copies, scanning, etc.. Also the overall size of the printer is great. At first I was thinking possibly the tanks would be large but they designed it very well. Downloading software to computer was easy as well. Overall I am very impressed and the refillable ink is what really got me to fall in love. I always felt like printer cartridges were over priced and bad for the environment. If you are looking for a great printer look no further than the Epson ET-3600.

WOW!!! Its fast, and loaded with features!!!!

WOW!!! The Epson FF-640 is a small package packed with a ton of features and boy is it fast!! My children are all teenagers now and last 3-4 years most photos taken on digital camera or phones BUT I had boxes, and boxes of photos in basement. I would always stare at those boxes unsure what to do with them. Getting professional scanning done can cost big bucks and not sure I would want someone looking at all my personal photos. Setup on the FF-640 was quick in simple…i was up and running and under 10 minutes. Now came the big test…..going through all those boxes and get the pictures loaded for scanning. This photo scanner is not like the scanners we all used back in the day when you would scan one picture or item at a time you can do multiple photos and WOW is it fast!!!!! Instantly pulls all the photos into a folder so you can keep everything nice and organized. Best part is i also scanned some important documents, business cards, and receipts as well. Now instead of having a pile of those receipts and documents I can now have a quick and easy way to access them. I was easily loading up 20-25 photos at once to be scanned. The Epson FF-640 definitely exceeded my expectations. Also the overall design is great….Its compact and looks great on my desk. Also allows you download the Epson software which is really easy to use. I have scanned about 500 photos so far in just a few days. Its worth the money and investment to get a scanner like this you wont be disappointed. I actually am going to take all those photos now and create a digital album I can give to all my family members as a gift

This was such an incredible add on for Philips Hue light owners. The setup took me less than 1 minute and I was up and running. The remote works lighting quick with on/off and dimming of lights. If you have philips hue lights you have to pick some of these up.
