I purchased this unit along with the Gallery Stove, Microwave in Nov 2013. Thank goodness I purchased extended contract . The Geek Squad has been out here every month for one thing and another. I am on the 4th icemaker and they will be coming out this next week to replace again, besides other problems with it. As one of the Geek Squad commented my history looks like a rap sheet a mile long. I will never purchase another Frigidaire product. The microwave I purchased at the same time as gone out again and this time the warranty is expired to will be replaced . I can purchase a new one for the cost of a service call. Terrible product in my experience and would never recommend to anyone.

I purchased a Gallery over the counter microwave in November 2013.
Went out after 10months and now went to use it tonight and no heat. Will throw out since warranty is expired and cost of service call will be wasted.

Excellent Service from Best Buy and Geek Squad

After 14 months of repair after repair I was given a full refund from Best Buy and refund on the remaining time on my extended service contract only stipulation that I purchase an extended warranty on my new refrig. Bought new LG never Frigidaire again. I could not ask for better service and am now a loyal customer of Best Buy and Geek Squad repair .
