Defective Product

I did not purchase a best buy geeksquad warrant so now Samsung and ServiceQuick have been attempting to fix this Microwave for almost three weeks.
It worked fine for almost two months, functions as an over the range fan, steam veggies, and convection microwave. I thought highly of samsung and really wanted to like this microwave. All of my appliances are samsung and have no problems. The only is this microwave that has been fixed three times and all parts replaced and still they want to try one more thing to fix it.
We have been without a microwave and over the range fan for three weeks because Samsung knows this is a defective product and still does not want to replace it or refund me.
This is not what I expect out of a samsung brand. Should of stuck with Kitchen Aid or GE.

What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: No Power for 3 weeks
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
