Worst buy ever

Bought this computer back in April from best buy. Just reached the two week mark so that I couldn't return this. Been on the phone with hp customer support for a total of 5hrs and countless forums trying to fix the issue of an uncontrollable cursor. It opens files, programs, you name it. I've disabled it but the mouse pad works so bad I also get no where. Buy at your own risk
