Unbalanced load - almost very time

We bought this washer due to #1 consumers report rating. From the very beginning, it has been a pain to use. It becomes unbalanced about 80% of the time. When we called LG customer service, we were told to "balance the clothes" better. After a short discussion LG tells us that they can't send anyone to inspect for balance issues. 1 week old and they can't help. The washer is supposed to have a sophisticated auto balance feature... Not exactly. Quite the opposite. It will work ok if you completely fill it to the maximum, but not always. Best Buy has been very helpful and we plan to return it.

What's not so great: Unless you pack it full, it becomes unbalanced all the time.
