On our second warranty repair. Now no one will come and fix it. Ongoing for a month with no fridge in the house. Customer service is extremely slow and lazy. Never, ever again. They should be replacing this unit but every time I call they say they will get back to me in 3-5 business days. Best Buy should sever ties with this HORRIBLE company.

We are at 1 year and 9 days of ownership (but its only been installed in our home for 11 months) and the upper portion of the refrigerator will not keep food cold. Best Buy said they can't help (they will for a fee) and Samsung has said the exact same thing. $3,000 down the tubes because I'm 9 days past warranty, even though it has only been in my home for 11 months.
The ice maker has only given crushed ice the entire time, never cubed when we switched the setting. Then the ice maker froze shut and had to be completely thawed to allow access back into it. Seems to be a common problem based on other reviews. Buy another refrigerator, worst experience ever.

Airplay speaker was promotional gift. Good sound but don't like how cord/battery hooks underneath of speaker. We have two speakers in our house both intermittently cuts out.

Samsung relented and honored the warranty since the unit had not been in our home for one year. Their communication with Best Buy was atrocious though. We are now at about a month without a fridge. Today my wife called and spoke with Aaron at the Bellingham Best Buy and he called Samsung on our behalf (we had called several times and could never quite get the two parties to meet). Give Aaron a raise, he was great. He got the info from Samsung and even sent it to us in case he wasn't at the store when we arrived. We got to the store and he made sure we were in good hands before he left for the day. We expressed our reservations about another Samsung and they knocked $240 off an LG that we liked to make it a pretty good upgrade for only $32 out of our pocket. After what we've been through that went a long way towards healing. Thanks Aaron and the appliance crew at Bellingham Best Buy.
