NOT A GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION!

I was very excited to get this range,I have been wanting it for a while and I finally got it.It was delivered and installed,however the so called FAST BOIL is not so fast just regular. but that is not the big issue. the big issue is that he control panel is not working at all it has this control lock function that no matter what trouble shooting I have tried it still does not work and it would not allow me to set any other functions (clock,oven on /off,etc). I had to call the retailer for a replacement.I am Very disappointed and now concerned about anything else going wrong.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
