I was looking for a good day and night travel and walk around lens with a wide angle view to use with my Nikon D7100 and found the perfect combination with this lens.. I love this lens! Its fast, super sharp and works flawlessly with the D7100, I couldn't be more happy with the results I'm getting. Plus, the lens is really solid very high quality and it looks very attractive on my DSLR, its a very good looking lens! Can't wait to take this lens on my next vacation. !!It's really amazing!! and for the price WOW!! it's a steal.

Coming from the D5000 to this camera, I was blown away by the way it handles low light situation and the picture quality its amazing. Before this purchase I was considering the D3200 and or D5200 I'm glad I didn't go down that path. I am very excited to own the world's best DX .
What's great about it: Fast and Extremely sharp
What's not so great: Nothing
