Not as good as you think... but not bad

It's not a bad product, that's not what I'm trying to say. What I am trying to say is there are some flaws that I *almost* want to consider fatal. (HAH! How's that for an on the fence answer?)
Out of the box it is pretty nice, feels good, solid grip, nice interior, the buttons handle very well. The deep setting for the volume on off switch though is a little deep for my fingers and can be rough to click sometimes. Though the other buttons are really phenomenal.
Assembly was pretty easy. At first to me it looked daunting, but the instructions really take the fear out of it. Once you assemble it once you forever can do it again. The home button and the camera's are the only two "big" holes where things can get back into the case. The home button being the biggest. It wont take long before your case is full of dust. When that happens disassembling the case is the only way I found to get it out. I have to do this about once every week or so. I got the case cause it was advertised as rugged and durable. Which I am happy to say it is. I have dropped it more times than I care to admit, and my buddy was tossing it back and forth jokingly (some friend right?) and dropped it rather hard. So I believe from my small experience it handles shock well.
Though back to that fatal flaw... the dust... my goodness the dust! It gets under that screen and then you have a small piece of dirt or many that you're constantly trying to clean and can't.
Because of that, I really wouldn't recommend the case to people in dirty environments.
One thing I noticed about the case that I'm not sure is a good or a bad thing yet. It made the phone large. On one hand I freaked when it did that for I was excited about a thin light phone. This case made it big again... on the other it's much easier to grip, doesn't feel like it will break, and generally fits better against my ear. My pocket, not so much. (I like tight jeans... what can I say? Sexy and I know it?) No seriously though, it's a bit bulky.
If they fixed the flaw of the dust I would recommend it in a heart beat, but because of that flaw I can't give it anything more than a fair. It's a fair product, it does well but compared to some of the others, the life case for example, I feel it falls just shy of them.
What's great about it: Strong grip on the phone
What's not so great: Dirt collects on inside very easily can scratch screen
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
