I think Logitech took a step backwards with this

This is my third Logitech Harmony remote. I don't care for the design of this one compared to previous models. Eliminate the number pad on a remote ? really?? Favorites are a very nice feature, but don't replace the need for a number pad and I don't care for the one offered on the touch screen. (my husband HATES it). Setup was tough since I already had the 'software' installed on my laptop and the the packinging/instructions did not make it clear that you needed to download and install NEW software from a different vendor. Took a phone call to support to get it cleared up. I find it very odd (and a poor design decision) that you can't manage all of the features from the software. Some things you have to do on the remote..some things in the software. CONFUSING! All in all - I just don't care for this release which is a shame because I have loved this line of removtes. Once I got the proper software installed - setup was easy and straightforward as I have come to expect from Logitech. The remote has been mostly reliable and has mostly worked properly. I wish I had a new purchase my old Harmony One...

Thrilled for the price point

I wanted some speakers for my office. These are just perfect. Based on my research and prior customer ratings, I went into Best Buy torn between these and the Klipsh (at roughly 3x the price). Hats off to Best Buy for having a wonderful setup where you could easily switch between all of the offerings in this product class, so I listened to them all (without evening looking at which was which model) and was immediately drawn to the sound of these! For my needs and budget, these absolutely fit the bill. I put them in and am listening as I write - very very pleased. Sharp, crisp & clear with nice bass from the subwoofer.
What's great about it: great sound for the price point, easy to setup
What's not so great: nothing so far
I would recommend this to a friend!
