Waste of Money

I purchased this cable recently and it worked fine for a few days and then it died. It will make the sound when you plug it in, leading you to think it is charging, when in fact it is not. I contacted customer service and the gentleman that I spoke with "John" said that I could take it to a store, work with the Geek Squad and i had to bring the package and receipt. I explained that I didn't have the package or receipt. He proceeded to tell me that "keeping a receipt is common sense". I took that as a complete insult to my intelligence and told him so. He said that he was just stating that I should have the sense to keep a receipt. When I asked for a supervisor, he said that on weekends they don't have supervisors there. I told him that I didn't believe that was true and he said oh well. I got so mad that I hung up.
So now I'm without a charger, wasted time on poor customer service, was insulted and wasted $15 on this piece of junk.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
