Excellent at home ab workout. Honestly at first it seemed a little fast for a beginner. I pushed threw level one and felt accomplished. I couldn't believe how sweaty I got! Great 30 minute workout! Seemed longer, but then again I'm just starting out :) I hope I can get to the third 30 minute workout which is the hardest! Try it and don't give up!
What's great about it: I was sweating by the third set on level one
What's not so great: A little faster then i expected
