Ran out and bought this projector when I found the hotel wanted more for a day's rental than it costs to buy one. Easy to set up and works well. With a 77 inch screen, brightness was fine in a sunny room, but no direct sunlight on the screen.

I returned a small case I bought for a GoPro that couldn't hold much. In the main compartment, this case holds a fairly bulky camcorder and a GoPro plus chest harness, head harness, mounts, cables & battery charger. Also has storage in the "lid" [front] on the inside, as well as a couple of pouches for media. Separate top compartment holds a compact digital camera and some cords and chargers. Front zip compartment holds flat items like cords or manuals. Very lightweight with comfortable straps. I can strap a small photo tripod to the side.

Great overall, few minor issues

Image quality is excellent. Have not yet encountered issues with overheating when recording in 4K, but temps are cool. The menu structure and the 3 control buttons on the camera takes a little getting used to. A detailed manual is not included and the on-line version could be better. For playback direct to a TV via cable, control functions are limited; better control with the app. However, if using the app via WiFi, there's no mini-HDMI output to the TV. Wide angle views give some fisheye distortion. Get the dual battery charger with the extra battery! PC application seems slow, but have barely used it. You cannot download it with IE9 [known bug]; use Chrome or something else. I wish the lens area of the housing had a raised edge/guard around it; I worry about scratching it in tight cave passages. If you do bump the camera, it faithfully records the noise with lots of volume. Brightness of video in a cave is good when using a high power headlamp [800-1000 lumens], but use a flood setting as a spot setting creates an overexposed spot. The curved adhesive backed bracket does not fit the curvature of my helmet where you would want to mount the camera; still need to improvise a better mounting. The forward facing LEDs may show up in the video in dark environments or extreme close ups, but electrical tape makes for an easy fix.

Mainly use the set to watch DirecTV. To me, internet is really not worth the trouble; using the little touch pad remote to enter text and mouse around is slow. Have the Sony app on my phone and tablet, but why do I need the TV if I'm already holding a smart device? (Unless you just gotta see it on a big display.) Still awaiting something worthwhile to watch in 4K. My internet speed usually runs about 130 Mbps, but 4K downloads are slow. HD content looks great for the most part, but some appears worse than on a regular HD set. I suspect the 4K upscaling on the TV and the receiver could be at odds. Sound is not as good as my old 52" Bravia that has several pairs of forward facing speakers, but I imagine most users will have surround sound as do I.

Well made but short on usable space

Just got the case delivered today. It's not a rigid case - it will flex inward a goodly amount when pressed in the center. Case is beautifully lined in microfiber. Left side is quite shallow. Not enough depth to hold GoPro brackets. Works best for accessories 3/8" thick or less. Will just hold an iPad with a Zagg keyboard/cover without the organizer piece. Right side has cubed foam for the top half, presumably for the camera. Bottom half has a nice zippered pouch; it just holds the GoPro head strap. Right side is only about 1.5" deep. If you have many accessories, this case will not hold them all. No hope of getting a chest harness inside. Has a carry handle attached at the hinge side. I would not trust it as a secure attachment point for any high risk activities.

Excellent for activity, less so for sleep

I evaluated this device for a Welllness Program. For activity, the One is excellent. Being able to check the display anytime for your daily stats provides instant feedback. Clock feature is nice too. Automatic updates with your device(s) is great. I use with an iPad, iPhone and PC. App has some minor issues on the iPad. Love that it emails you when you need to charge it. Charges quickly and has much better battery life than the Jawbone UP band. Registers steps much more accurately than the UP; the UP only gets about 1/2 of what the One detects. Like that it gives you credit for going up stairs. Nice that you can just put it in your pocket - out of sight and doesn't interfere with sleeves. Sleep monitoring is the weakest point. It comes with a velcro wristband. You have to put the One in the pocket in the wristband at bedtime. When I'm half asleep before getting to bed, I usually forget about dealing with the One and wristband. My sleep patterns show little detail as compared to the UP. Overall, I like it much better than the UP band.

Good for sleep, less so for steps

I get maybe a week battery life (with infrequent syncs). Wearing on the wrist is nice because it's easy to wear to bed. However, it has some drawbacks: not exactly a fashion accessory for business attire, does not seem to register many steps when you're carrying stuff. No bluetooth on this model is slightly inconvenient. Does a good job showing your sleep patterns. App is pretty good. If you don't have an iPad or iPhone, you may not be able to use it. The UP typically shows about half the number of steps that my FitBit One registers (I keep the One in my pocket.) No "extra credit" for going up stairs like the FitBit. No display means you must plug it into your iOS device to see any info. No problems during first 3 months. Do not wear it in the shower.

Good choice for waterproof

Needed a durable, waterproof camera for taking pictures when it's raining or in wet locations. This camera fill the bill. Easy to use and good picture quality. However, low light performance does not compare to my DSLR, so if it's dry and low light, I use the DSLR.

Great pictures, bit of a learning curve

Very pleased with the camera. Being a newbie to DSLRs, I had to study the manual quite a bit and still occasionally have trouble navigating some of the features. Purchased the 55-250 zoom lens as well as the Canon backpack. (Originally purchased a smaller case, but returned it for the much larger backpack which easily holds everything with room to spare.) If you purchase this package, I'd plan on getting a longer focal length lens.

Internet Connectable?Don't Know
Purchased one for the exercise room - not a critical viewing application. The screws on the back of the tv were not long enough to attach the full-motion wall mount bracket I purchased; had to buy longer screws at the local home improvement store. I also purchased a right angle HDMI adapter to keep the HDMI cable hidden behind the tv without having to put a hard bend in it. The side mounted HDMI jacks are easy to access, but can let your cables show. Sound quality for television programming is fine, but when listening to music, I found it not so great. However, I am accustomed to good surround sound. Overall, good set for the money. Purchased another for a gift.

Can this just be carried in your pants pocket or does it have to be clipped on?
