Love it but IT says it comes with a shield online, with is the number one reason why I ordered this model over the artisan model. To my great disappointment it DID NOT come with the shield and Best Buy customer service is so horrible I could not get through to speak with someone.

I use this flash drive daily at work. Perfect to jump from computer to computer. Only downside is that it is so small I am constantly misplacing it.

This is a great TV. We love it. A smart TV is so much better, no longer need multiple devices to watch Netflix or Hulu. That being said, I have the absolute worst experience when buying the TV, customer service was absolutely horrible on a consistent basis.
