Bought this January of 2014 and it has been a huge disappointment. The first issue I had was a piece inside of the leather upholstery came unscrewed so I had to cut open the chair to repair it. And today the right arm literally cracked in half, making the chair virtually useless since it supports the back of the chair.
Poor build quality. Avoid unless you have 100$ blow on a poorly made chair that will break within a year.
