NEVER AGAIN - Do not buy Samsung Appliances!

I bought this range new from Best Buy and if failed twice in the first year. I had to call Samsung and deal with third party repair companies who miss scheduled days/times to get it fixed. I ended up buying the extended warranty and since then it has failed 3 more times! I have spent the past two days on the phone with Samsung customer support and have gotten nowhere! This time the oven control panel has been out for a month and they said a repair company cannot come until a week from today. At this point I don't want a repair, I want a refund or replacement! I have never experienced worse customer service from a consumer electronics company!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
