I was a little leery about using this stand to mount a newly purchased Sharp LC90LE745U 90" TV. My reservation was this mount was at the maximum size and close to the maximum weight. The TV weighs in at 141 pounds and Sanus says this will support 175 pounds. The supplied hardware made selecting the mounting bolts for this TV an easy job. Once installed the TV is solid and I have no concerns that it will stay on the wall. Which is a good thing.
If installing this mount yourself you will need a good stud finder and a level to have it appear professionally installed, and to probably make sure the TV stays on the wall. :-)
If you do not have the experience or the correct tools to mount a large TV with this stand you will want to pay a professional for installation.

The only reason I did not give this product a 5 star rating had nothing to do with the quality or construction of this stand, which is great by the way-it was due to poor assembly instructions that are included. I consider myself mechanically inclined and I'm used to a picture only assembly guide, that is when an actual legend is used for the exact bolts/nuts/whatever is shown as well.
With what was supplied in the box and with nothing about assembly instructions on Salamander's web site for this particular stand I spent about 3-4 hours on this stands assembly. A better set of instructions would have gone a long way in my mind and would have cut the assembly down to an acceptable hour, or less.
