When I went to the store I specifically told the guy that I did not want WD Green HDD. I've had terrible experience with the WD Green drives in the past. He assured me this is a new product that behaves much like WD Black (very good high performance drive). But when I opened package, they didn't even change the sticker on the drive. It read "WD Green WD20EZRX". They are just changing the packaging and marketing the same awful WD Green drives under different name.
My experience with multiple WD Green drives in past: Pro: High-capacity drives that hold about 1TB of my data. Con: High-capacity drives that held about 1TB of my data. Each one of them died. I'm going to return my drive in the morning. Buy WD Black or Seagate Barracuda
What's great about it: It seems to work for now
What's not so great: Rebranded WD Green HDD (WD20EZRX)
