Spits ice on the floor

I bought the original unit at Best Buy in May 2013. I lived with ice cubes on my floor for almost a year, then decided to call Samsung before the warranty ran out. Samsung sent a tech who replaced the ice maker, although I told him the ice MAKER worked fine.... it's the ice DISPENSER. I called again. This time, Samsung replaced the refrigerator. Same problem, so I called again a few months later. They sent a "senior" rep who implied I just wasn't using it correctly. I'm college-educated retired business owener who's had 4 or 5 ice/ water in door fridges.... none have had this problem. I asked if they would just take it back, refund the purchase price, and let me buy a different brand but all they will do is send another tech. I declined, as I see no point in doing the same thing over and over, and expecting different results. So, I guess I'll just have ice cubes and little puddles of water on my floor. Other than this little nusiance, it's a nice, attractive refrigerator. I thought I should warn yall though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
