THE WALKING DEAD is a great show. It's changed the paradigm of 'zombie' films and shows alike, exhibiting story that focuses on the human condition. Unfortunately, Season 2 did not live up to the hype - following a massively successful and critically-acclaimed first season.
Recommended, but only for die-hard fans.
What's great about it: Superb Story-telling
What's not so great: Pacing

This Critic Abides!

The Coen Brothers have many great films under their belt. The Oscar-winning FARGO, RAISING ARIZONA, and O' BROTHER WHERE ART THOU? to name a few. However, people often omit THE BIG LEBOWSKI, and I have no idea why. It's status as a cult classic aside, LEBOWSKI holds title to one of the most memorable characters in film history: The Dude... and he abides.
Highly Recommended.
What's great about it: Cult Classic with Memorable Characters and Wit
What's not so great: Mildly Quirky

Not the ALIEN Prequel You Were Looking For

PROMETHEUS is a great piece of science fiction, but it's not the ALIEN prequel you were looking for.
Ridley Scott's return to sci-fi was highly anticipated, but the story of PROMETHEUS and the reverse-engineered history the conceived provides few answers and begs even more questions. What else would you expect from the write of LOST?
Recommended for fans, not for casual observers.
What's great about it: Superb Special Effects, Interesting Character Arcs
What's not so great: No Closure
I would recommend this to a friend!

Spaghetti Western for the 21st Century

DJANGO UNCHAINED is a loose update to the classic spaghetti western story of DJANGO. As a Tarantino adaptation, you couldn't ask for more. The dialogue is sharp and the characters are intriguing.
Highly recommended.

What's not so great: Pacing
