Terrible experience with this machine & now stuck

I have had an absolutely terrible experience with my new machine. I was looking for a powerful tower for video editing. I read the reviews, it had the specs I needed. I chatted with the Best Buy customer services multiple times to make sure this was the one. Oh my god this has been the worst machine I've had in my whole life and I'm stuck with it because NOBODY can help me. Just to name a few of the issues: just as it arrived as soon as I turned it on, it was giving me blue screen every second. I would restart, blue screen, restart, blue screen, and this is a new machine! I was able to contact the manufacturer and they had to do a roll back on certain things. Imagine my face, right when you happily receive your machine and it just doesn't work. The wireless internet card is absolutely terrible. It comes with an antenna to make it better, but it keeps cutting out the internet every 5 minutes, I swear, every 5 min. The worst for me is the USB ports on the upper part of the machine. If I unplug anything from the upper ports, all the rest of the devices that are also connected in any of the 4 ports get disconnected, they get forcedly ejected, like if there was a hardware issue that when you pull a usb cable from it everything gets shut down. Imagine that, me working with 2 hardrives in my editing software, and I keep getting the whole project wrongly disconnected and missing data because I just CANT unplug anything properly. DisplayPort doesn't work. I bought a high end 4K monitor along with this machine, beautiful, to be able to use de DisplayPort, IT DOESNT WORK in the machine. I cannot see anything from that input. Wireless keybord and mouse just lag, it has a terrible delay so typing is impossible unless I connect a keyboard into the usb port (cables and cables, why?). This issues have come up day after day. I've been talking to Best Buy and the manufacturer, I past the 15 days of return trying to deal with this issues one by one, which I didn't know it was 15 days. Best Buy said: I'm sorry we cannot do anything. They knew I was struggling with the machine since day 1 because I called them first and they opened a ticket for me. They sold me a BAD machine. They said to contact the manufacturer. I did at least 5 times, they cannot receive it either because it was sold by a 3rd party (BestBuy). They have been trying to help me (the manufacturer) omg doing all sort of things, I had to reinstall windows, open the machine, try to move the mother board, try to reinstall drivers. It's so unfair, so unfair that I paid this amount of money and I have a machine that doesn't work properly and nobody responds to me as I deserve as a client. This is not right. This was a machine sold to me that is FULL OF PROBLEMS. So no, despite all the awesome reviews this machine has, which I trusted them for my selection, this machine iS TERRIBLE. I'm late in all my editing jobs because of all the issues, and it has been a very bad experience. Everybody is washing their hands, and I spent this sum of money to make my life better and easier for my job, and it has been totally the opposite. Very very very unfair.
