Great Quality Card

I have been looking at the gtx 970's since they came to market. When I found out that Best Buy had them, I knew where I was getting one. They have the reference cooler which looks fantastic and is the best look in my opinion. The Card is heavy but has the back plate which should be expected on a card this expensive. It is also long so check your case before you buy. I have run it for a couple of weeks now. Not sure if Windows 8.1 found the driver itself or just used the same driver from my gtx 660, but installation and setup were painless. As far as the performance goes, there has not been a game that I have not maxed out. Metrol LL, Skyrim, Battlefield 4, Shadow of Mordor. It tends to run as warm as my stock 660, but that is due to gpu boost 2.0 which will boost the clock speed as it targets 80C on the GPU. I run at 1250Mhz with the boost in most titles just so it gets you the extra FPS.
All that aside, Best Buy credit cards allow you to finance with no interest for periods of time. I used my card to get this along with my wife's christmas gift and get 18 months to pay this all off without interest. If money is a little tight and you want some of the best graphics performance you can get, go to your local store and get a Best Buy card and put this in your computer.
My Best Buy number: 1048859582

This NZXT Phantom 410 mid-tower case features a 120mm/140mm side fan to help keep your system operating smoothly and a 3-step, 30W fan control for simple operation. The removable HDD cage lets you increase the internal space for additional video cards.

Build or modify your own PC:Yes
Level of Expertise:Expert
Primary reason for building/modifying PC:Gaming
The tower finally got to me and it is flawless. Every component works as it should and all the extra pieces came in a box inside. The cable management is awesome. The inside is so clean and with the size of the tower it appears almost empty. My GTX 660 fits with a couple inches to spare, but the HDD tray is removable anyway. For an excellent quality case that has room for upgrades later, get this case.
What's great about it: The condition upon delivery was as it should be...clean and not damaged one bit
What's not so great: delivery time. Yes I used standard shipping but it just seemed to take a while
I would recommend this to a friend!

I want to upgrade memory on a HP Pavilion G7 (AMD DDR3) to 8GB

I think I need two 4GB modules - DDR3 PC3-10600 • CL=9 • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR3-1333 • 1.35V • 512Meg x 64
Yes. This is the correct RAM configuration you need for the upgrade.

Do I need to upgrade my video card?

I just bought a HP 500-054 with a AMD Radeon HD 7560D video card. I'm getting an error for a game I have for 3D acceleration, Hardware Acceleration, that my existing video card does not meet the minimum requirement.
What game is this? And any video upgrade worth your time would also require a Power Supply upgrade with that unit.

what is the best graphics card i can get for gateway dx4720-03 vista premium with spi intel e5200 processor 640mb memory

Firstly, You will have to get an upgraded Power Supply, Secondly you would need a slightly older GPU to match the hardware available to you. A more important piece of information would be what games you have in mind to play. Once we know that then we can guide you a little better.

Which model of motherboard is best for a toshiba laptop L300D?

The motherboard I am looking for has an SPS V000138200. Please help me find a good brand, but in a price range between $100-$200.
Thank you
Hey Patty,
A motherboard for a laptop is typically something that is going to be not only more expensive but also more of a hassle than it is worth. You won't be able to get one from BestBuy unless you send it out to service through GeekSquad. http://www.aliexpress.com/store/product/V000138200-laptop-motherboard-For-TOSHIBA-Satellite-L300D-L305D-AMD-DDR2-integrated-fully-tested/103661_994535186.html. This would be what you are looking for but the labor would be double what you are paying for the board. My recommendation seeing as how the laptop series is older would be just to look for a new computer. Geek Squad agent with years of experience in computer technology and a degree on the way.
