I don't understand why Whirlpool would spend all of this money to try to repair it and have a very frustrated unhappy customer when it would have been better customer service and Much cheaper to simply replace it. I have had many whirlpool appliances through the years and have always been happy.......until Now!! I have had this non-working microwave in my home now for almost a month and have yet to be able to use it!!

What's great about it: Beautiful - just the right size.
What's not so great: It arrived damaged and after 3 service calls and over $300 in parts & labor - it is still not working!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
