I completely respect all the stuff Bill is doing in this video and can not wait til I can get through the whole thing but this is definitely not for beginners....even the mega fit people in the video were having problems during some areas.

Great workout for beginners

This is a great workout for beginners. Tried a few others before this one and thought I was going to faint....this one is perfect and gets more intense as you get more fit.
