The quick set-up pamphlet you get with the unit is lacking in detail instructions. Once I realized I had the keyboard and mouse plugged into a usb3 slot instead of a usb2 slot, everything went great. There are still switches and lights and plug-ins on top of the unit that I don't know what they are, how to use them or what they are for. Not Best Buy's problem, but IBUYPOWER needs to redo their information booklets. Some people actually read them.
I would recommend this to a friend!
