Damaged during handling/shipping

My experience with BB is usually satisfactory....but this unit arrived with box tears and perforations. Opening the box reveled a dent in the side of the unit and the door was out of alignment due to the damage. It works though so I'm keeping it as its to far to drive to the nearest BB and the box was demolished during opening.
The interior cooking light is VERY dim and should be brighter so you can see the item being heated. Opening the unit requires quite a bit of force to press the latch in. You need to hold the MW in place with your other hand so it won't move. I don't think that latch opener will hold up with time. For the price I can't recommend this unit. Thumbs down on this purchase. Next time I'll be sure to purchase one at an actual store but I didn't have the time on this occasion.. Buyer beware.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
