I have had this printer for almost 2 weeks and love it. It's compact, fast and communicates with my laptops, iphone and ipad. That's why I purchased it..
The BUT.. is that HP has a new ink delivery system you can use with this printer. You register for "instant ink" and the printer communicates with HP and you receive ink cartridges before you run out. Great concept! Except for the fact that the monthly payment plans are according to pages printed. This is a completely flawed system. Not all pages use the same amount of ink. After I accidentally printed an improperly formated excel spreadsheet.. I was notified that I exceeded my monthly printed sheet limit. That I would be charged more for an additional 30 sheets or I should upgrade my plan.. which meant more money per month. They claim you can save quite a bit of money per year but I'm not going to be a hostage to paying HP every month because my printer spits out a few sheets with one line of text on it. They can claim I'm going to save money but I don't want to find that after 6 months I have spent way more then if I ordered ink online myself. I can definitely see this happening. So I cancelled my subscription.

I have owned a universal Logitech remote before so I thought I'd purchase one again. It was the worst product I've purchased in a long time. Easy to set up but the functionality on a daily basis is horrible. Everything effects how it controls the tv components. Do you have the curtains open? The sound system doesn't come on. Do you not hold the remote directly pointing at the components for just the right amount of time for the IR signal to hit everything? The tv does not come on. Are you tired after watching a moving and click the off button a little too fast? The cable box doesn't turn off. It was always something. In the end, you spend $260+ and you still have all the other remotes sitting on the coffee table so you can grab it after you get tired of things not working. yes, there is a troubleshoot button on the Logitech remote. I think I used the troubleshooting button more then I used the other aspects of the remote. So right now I'm happy with the standard Brighthouse remote with a few IR repeaters. For a total cost of $20. Yes, I returned this remote. I returned this one and the second one my boyfriend bought for the bedroom TV. Happily put the over $400 back into the bank.

Maybe it's me but I just never found them to function as I expected and I'm very electronically sophisticated. So here they are sitting next to my bed. Every time I try and use them, they are uncomfortable or fall out of my ears. If I try and use my phone to talk, people say I don't sound clear. Very disappointed in myself for not returning them.

Fabulous sound. The one thing I would love is a remote! If you have it hooked up to your computer and you're moving around the office or home.. you have to go over to the speaker to change the volume.
