DO NOT BUY. Right out of the box and several problems. On/Off button does not work, to turn on you have to turn on the hand held vac section. The brush/roll button does not work either. Sent unit back and they replaced with one with exactly the same issues.
Black and Decker should of never put this on the market!

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
