This MushABellies Racket Raccoon MushABelly 85453 plush toy allows you to play the MushABelly Augmented Reality (AR) game, so you can enjoy immersive gameplay in Racket's world. The colorful apple clip offers easy portability.
There aren't many plush raccoons on the market, so I'm happy to see Racket Raccoon. This is one cute toy. The round shape is rolly-polly with just enough ears and feet to prevent it from rolling all over with a stiched-on face that shouldn't chip in the wash. Everything is brightly colored and very lively.
I think touching Racket Raccoon is better than looking at him, though! The short, soft and silky fur is a real joy to touch. He's well-stuffed and quite squishy but not overstuffed to the point of being hard. His cheery little wordless song brought a smile to all our faces. We didn't care if the game worked or not- we bought this doll for the joy of real-life play!
The only downsides I can think of come from the clip. The clip is flimsy plastic and won't hold up to much wear. Replace it with a carabiner if you really want to clip Racket Raccoon to things. Also, he is about the size of a large softball which makes him too big for use as a keychain but just small enough to get lost, so be careful!
Overall this toy is a delight and worth what I paid for it.

What's great about it: Very soft fabric, squishy, cute sounds
What's not so great: Too big to be a keychain, clip is plastic
Arcade is an interesting, even though cheezy, 90's scifi/horror film. A teenage girl and her friends find a brand new game at their local arcade that promises the ultimate AI challenge. Her friends try the game, then vanish. When they don't resurface, she is left to unravel the mystery of a deadly video game.
About a quarter of this film takes place in the game itself while the rest is outside of it with some bleedover between the two. The Special effects are sort of dated and parts (like the riddle puzzle) are predictable. The acting can be stilted and the entire script feels rough about the edges, however, that's part of the charm. This film is steeped in 90's goodness from the sunglasses and hair cuts, a young Seth Green (of Family Guy and Robot Chicken fame), video game violence paranoia and one arcade that's too cool to really exist.
Arcade isn't high art, but if you're looking for a cheesy 90's thrill ride you're in for a good time. It's less commercial than the Wizard yet still captures the fears and excitement video games held in the early 90's. It's one of my guilty pleasures.
What's great about it: Nostalgia value, Campy plot, A young Seth Green!
What's not so great: Dated effects, sometimes stilted acting
