Excellent follow up to The Oracle

I've listened to 1000hp the album all the way through three times as of this review (album is streaming on iTunes radio).

1000hp returns to the in your face style that Godsmack showed on the first 3 albums (Godsmack, Awake and Faceless) and The Oracle, but it still retains a melodic touch from IV, which I find to be a nice mix, which makes it more than one dimensional.

Every track stands out (and I mean EVERY track!) and he album flows better than any of their other albums due to it being their most diverse to date. With 1000hp, Godsmack are demonstrating they have the ability to become stronger and actually improve over time rather than suffer from apathy, lazy songwriting or basically 'coasting' on their earlier albums.

Overall, this album is simply amazing and is worth every penny. Buy it!
