Picked this up during a very excellent sale. I had been holding out for a 5020, but ultimately decided it was beyond my budget. This 3020 has proved to be an excellent projector. The 3D is awesome and the 2D is just as great. My only complaint is that during 3D, especially with animated blu-ray's, the fan on the 3020 kicks in to overdrive and it can be a little loud. Other than that is has been great. I have had no issues with picture quality or the lamp (knock on wood).
What's great about it: Screen resolution/colors/3D
What's not so great: A little loud when displaying 3D
I would recommend this to a friend!

I picked this up on sale and have not been disappointed at all. I was a little learly when I learned it had to be shipped, but it arrived in flawless condition. Installation was a breeze, my only complaint there was that my studs didn't line up exactly, but I used some heavy duty dry-wall anchors on the one end and it was a piece of cake, especially considering I ceiling mounted it. I have not figured out how to set the limiters yet, and like I stated, the instructions were fairly lacking.
What's great about it: The price point and size/quality
What's not so great: instructions are lacking.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The item that I got seem to be a defective item. It makes lot of noise when it goes up and down. You can see the vedio clip in the youtube link provided.
I contacted bestbuy and manufacturer about the issue. Both of them agreed to replace immidiately. Since it is before 30 days of purchase, I went to store to get the replacement. I am waiting for the new one to arrive. I am giving "Poor" rating mainly because of the issue I mentioned above.
