Fun 'prequel' to Monsters inc

Having loved Monsters inc I was skeptical of this film but it held my attention and was a fun back story on some of my favorite characters. The blu-ray and features are pretty standard on what you see in movies these days.

Who doesn't like The dude?

Have you ever had that film you Show everyone you know regardless of who they are? For me this is one of those films and afterwards we spend months spouting quotes back and forth.
The film it self gets 5 stars from me however I dropped a star because -
If you own other versions of this film there isn't any real reason to pick this one up, unless you are a collector (like me) or just like the fancy case.

What's great about it: Jeff Bridges + Coen Brothers
What's not so great: The Blu-ray doesn't offer much more than the DVD

Feel good film for music lovers of all ages

I saw this movie in the theater and couldn't wait to purchase it to watch with my Mother who introduced me to Classical music at a young age. the whole cast is superb filled with older musicians who still have a lot of verve and talent. If you like Music especially Opera this is a must see at any age. The soundtrack is equally as awesome!
