Don't Purchase/Wear Without Extra Security Clasp

Received the Gear Fit2 when I purchased a S7 Edge a couple of weeks ago. Loved it but noticed that the clasp didn't feel secure. Returned to the store, only to be told that the clasp was fine and fit as it should. Just a few days later and the first time I used it while running, the band came off of my wrist. Didn't feel it come off (it's pretty light) so only noticed post-run when I looked down to check my results. Returned to track to look for the watch, no luck. Returned twice the following day, no luck. Best Buy is aware of the issues with this watch so I am unsure why they aren't alerting customers. Overall it's a great watch and there's a simple fix for the band, sold on Amazon. When I returned to the store and complained about the watch, it should have been exchanged vs assuring me that all was well. Would have saved me time, frustration and I would still own a Gear Fit 2. I was running, an activity that is expected with these types of devices. DO NOT purchase this watch and wear without getting the extra clasp for security. Save yourself the trouble. Best Buy refuses to assist me in this situation so I am hoping to prevent others from going through the same.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
