Bought this Black & Decker coffee maker on order, it arrived yesterday on the 23rd. There are so many bits and bobs about this coffee maker that lets you take off most of the peripherals including the reservoir for easy cleaning and refilling the water. Out of the box, the manual had great cleaning instructions that left no plastic taste in your coffee and can fill your mug up to a perfect amount using the size options.
I've been using the Hamilton Beach coffee maker that this product is a direct competition to. It ended up breaking every other month or so and had to keep taking it back. However now that it isn't the only coffee maker on the market that can do ground & keurig with both single and carafe options, I'm never going back to that. The Black & Decker machine feels much better built and has easy instructions on descaling, allowing you to much more easily care for your coffee machine.
The coffee comes out hot, at a perfect amount, and heats the water much faster than its competitor. Overall, I'd say this is a definite win for Black & Decker - if you're looking for a good coffee machine that can do grounds or kcup on single serving with a carafe option, this is the coffee maker for you.

Last year on Christmas, I was looking for a new coffee maker with the ability to have Carafe and single serving along with the choice of ground or kcup. Well, this was the only product that could do that for the longest time. The first one I got broke down two months later - the reservoir was leaking. No problem, I got a full refund and got the second one... Which broke down five months later due to pump failure. Got a full refund and started looking for alternatives, but this was still the only one with all the capabilities. So, I got the third one which broke down three months later, the fourth one I got broke down mere weeks later.
Finally, I found that Black & Decker put out a similar product that fixes many of the problems that this coffee maker has. So, I ordered that and am waiting for it to arrive. I expect I'll make a review for that once I get it.

Worked great at first

Loved the coffee maker, worked great on both multi-cup and single serving sides. Some in the house hold could brew coffee from ground beans and others from Keurig cups. However, after using it for about seven months, the reservoir started to leak. I would give it 3 stars for being such an integral part of our days getting coffee, but this is actually our second one. The first one I bought was DOA and leaked out the reservoir. Seeing this pattern, I can't in good conscience recommend this if you're looking for a long-term coffee maker. Our old coffee maker lasted us from 1995 while this one can't make it past a year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Essential Gaming HeadsetGames sound better and your commands and calls are clearly heard with the signature Plantronics audio in the Plantronics® GameCom 308 headset. Long playing sessions are more comfortable wearing these soft earpads, but don't stop with gaming-this headset does it all-listen to music, movies and podcasts, and make online calls in comfort and great sound.

I loved this product, but now it's broken.

I bought this product three months ago and it worked fabulously. I could wear it all day, the felt ear pads didn't make my ears sweaty like leather or plastic ones do. The sound quality was better than some logitech ones I've had in the past and the mic was clear to my friends over mumble. Only today did it start falling apart though. Reading other comments, the exact same thing is happening to me now which is I can no longer hear sound out of the right speaker lest I hold the wire in a weird position. Like them, I never hit my headset nor slammed it against anything. Unless Plantronics steps up their game for durability, I will not be buying another headset from them despite the excellent out-of-the-box quality.
What's great about it: Great sound, working mic, breathable felt ear pads
What's not so great: felt pads gather hair, product falls apart after time
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does carafe brewing empty the reservoir?
Unlike the K-cup/single side with its volume settings, will carafe brewing completely empty the reservoir as most carafe-brewers do? With the reservoir "clearly marked", again - as most are, I'm not concerned about accuracy or filling it. I only wanted to be aware if emptying its full 60oz reservoir into a "12cup" ~ 50oz carafe should be avoided. Or does this carafe hold 60oz?
Filling the Carafe side does empty the reservoir. However, the carafe does hold 60 ounces and will not overflow. So long as you do not fill the reservoir over the 'max' line, you won't have to worry about that.
