great show by a great entertainer

This is Elvin Bishop's first live video in a career that began over 45 years ago when he started out in Chicago with the Paul Butterfield Blues Band. This is a man who knows how to work a crowd but still makes sure that the music is front and center. Both sound and picture are excellent. And the performance by both he and the band is top notch. As a DVD extra there is a 22 minute interview that is one of the most informative that he has ever given. Buy it. You will be glad you did.
