We have never purchased a TV which was so disappointing and completely unreliable. We purchased this TV in July and it has been nothing but plagued with problems. The television we brought home at first had issues with the remote which kept us from setting it up. We returned that TV and waited two weeks for another one to be ordered. The second TV we picked up and brought home worked well for the first 30 days, after that we had to disconnect the TV directly from the internet because the ROKU would not stream content and we could not get the TV to advance beyond the Start Up screen. We then used our Play Station 4 to stream content which worked for another 2 months. Now the television just turns itself off every few minutes. I almost can't believe that Sharp ( which I believed to be a good brand) would manufacture such an unreliable and useless product. I am ready to discard this item and purchase something different.

The Geek Squad came by and fixed our TV is working again, we have our fingers crossed.
