I tried AT&T's other hotspot called the Elevate. Dirty piece of garbage that was. I then went to the Sprint Mifi, not great either. Broke both contracts, paid the price and now that I have the Liberate, it was totally worth it. Super long batter life, super fast 4GLTE action and you can monitor your data usage on the cool little touch screen. Haven't used it yet but apparently you can serve up media off the microSD. So far it is pretty awesome. Will revise this post every 30 days based on travel and how it holds up.
What's great about it: Battery life, speed, touch screen, data monitor, media server and so on!
What's not so great: Nothing yet to report.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Got called out so I am posting my >30day review.

Liberate is still performing like a champ. The touchscreen is great, coverage hasn't been an issue. The connection locks in and doesn't drop and if you connect with usb cord my speeds have been comparable to my maxed out Time Warner home wireless network. If anything, startup could be a little faster. Startup is like 20 seconds at times. Who has that kind of time?
So unless something terrible happens this will be my last review on this product. I didn't get to read some of the other negative reviews buy I am sorry if your experience sucked, I had to go through two pieces of craptastic hardware before I got to this. Best of luck on your next purchases buckaroos.
