Major disappointment in Sharp

This nice looking microwave stopped heating after 3 days of minimal use. This came as a surprise to me since all other Sharp products I own are 5-star.
What's great about it: Size, appearance, ease of use
What's not so great: Stopped heating after 3rd day
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
