The wall mount works well after you get it installed. The template that came with the mount did not actually match up with the mount, itself. This required re-drilling of the holes. After contacting the company this seems to be a known problem. The TV does not stay level after adjusting the swing arms even after using the leveling system. The plastic covers that hide the bolts are flimsy and don't stay on. They sent me another set but could only get 1 of the 2 to actually click into position and stay. Not worth the 300 dollars.
