I purchase the IPhone 6 plus that did not work
on March 5, 2017

I purchase the IPhone 6 plus one week ago. Unfortunately, the IPhone 6 Plus refurbished phone did not power up after two days of use. Even though the phone was certified by Best Buy Geek squad, the phone just would not power up. I took the phone back to the Best Buy for a full refund. Be aware we you purchase a refurbished phone that it may or may not work even though it's certified by Best Buy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
