Bad sound quality, people on the other end of the line will hear everything because of the sensitive microphone, usually with the sound of the headset rubbing against your skin or your clothing. After about 20 days of ownership it is already defective because of the buzzing sound it's making on its microphone. Bestbuy return policy is also terrible, 14 days?!!! How low can you go?

Terrible

Terrible, they are cheap for a reason. The sound is like when you have a cold and your ears don't hear well, no definition at all. Microphone has extreme delay for listener on the other line. The pair I got did not even hold a charge for more than 2 minutes, stay away.

Upon starting the laptop for the first time, the browser encountered script error and would not load anything, saying that the page was not safe, not a good sign. Later I also found out that the sound output from the speakers and output jack were very low, if you are doing any music listening watch out. Asus skimped on the sound board for this laptop, no amount of adjustment will yield any positive result., unless you buy a headphones amplifier.

What a great speaker this one is, I have a jbl charge 2+, and this one is louder, and has more bass. With this one the battery life is shorter compare to jbl, but because it will play louder, which I don't mind. Just a note, you have the bass and trebles buttons, after pressing one of each, you will have to immediately turn the volume knob to select the level of bass and trebles. I recommend the bass be set at 60%, and trebles at 75%, too much setting for the bass will degrade the quality of the sound. Another item to mind is the on/off button in the back of the speaker, turn it on when you don't have the unit plugged into an outlet, otherwise the unit will not turn on, thats to use the internal battery. Well, thats it, I am off to enjoy this speaker some more, thanks for reading.

Poor speaker quality

This is my second one, after returning the first Jam Plus due to rattling sound from the speaker. The quality is not there, I read all the reviews here thinking that maybe the speaker is good to keep, but not in my case unfortunately. The speaker would distort and rattle at about 70% volume, which is unacceptable. I tried turning off all the eq from sound source but it was no fix. If you want to take your chance by all means go ahead, but don't say I did not warn you.
What's not so great: distortion from speaker. Grade F
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
