Watch Out Ordering

Love Lasko products. Bought this heater and was shipped to my house. Box was damaged and the inside of the heater had cracked plastic pieces. Worked fine, however, made a clicking noise so I returned and ordered another. The second one that shipped was actually in used condition! There were scrape marks all over it and a collection of thick dust on the vent on the bottom!! Looked like it had been heavily used!!! I was shocked! Called customer support and they told me to return to store. I returned with no problems, however, I find it extremely strange that BestBuy didn't look into this more for me. How did this product get through quality control!?!!?! I am still in shock. Better if you order from another place.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
