Print head clogged after 5 weeks

I bought this Epson XP-860 printer with expectations of beautiful photos. Yes, this printer has great photos, nice paper handling including a rear slot that I used for envelopes and photo paper. Yes, this printer scans nicely and produces pdf files. What's not to like about a great printer with great features? Start with a clogged print head. After five weeks this printer put out a photo with streaks (clogged ink jets). I did print head cleaning over and over, then had to install new ink cartridges because the ink was used for cleaning. Some of the ink jets would clear then clog again. More cleaning and adding more ink cartridges. When the printer told me I needed to install ANOTHER FOUR new cartridges, because I had used the ink (for cleaning) on the cartridges I had just installed, I gave up and returned the printer to the store. Yes, I was using genuine Epson cartridges.

Canon 7d Mark II Special Features

I now have a Canon 7D Mark II DSLR, purchased at Best Buy. I have discovered some special features that are new to this camera, and some features are the first for any Canon DSLR. I want you to be aware of these features because I consider them to be special and they sometimes are not included in a list of features. This is an outstanding camera, because of numerous features.
Special features:
Automatic Exposure Bracketing (AEB), for High Dynamic Range (HDR) photos, can now be set to 2-7 shots. The previous model had a fixed 3 shots.
The max ISO is 51,200. The previous model was 12,800. My Auto ISO mode is now set with a higher ISO.
There is a menu function for setting each Info item either on or off, in the viewfinder. It is so nice to set each item separately instead of all Info items being either on or off.
In addition to the built-in GPS, there is also a magnetic heading to show the direction the camera was pointed, at each GPS location.
The battery, with increased capacity over the 7D battery, will support 800 shots!
The AutoFocus numerous settings are amazing, because of the camera's ability to automatically change focus on a variety of moving subjects. Part of this AutoFocus ability is because of image recognition and part is because of the 65 cross-type focus points. Focusing is lightning-fast. This is outstanding and so amazing!
Shutter is designed for 200,000 cycles, instead of the 150,000 for the prior 7D model.
Silent continuous burst mode is now available.

This suggestion applies to evaluation in a store and to using your own purchase. Knowledgeable and proper use of the camera's functions will provide you with much more satisfaction on the superb functionality of this camera.

The Galaxy S4 is so much better than my previous S2. The high-resolution screen is fantastic; so clear, precise, pretty. The speakerphone is the best I have heard. The battery life is excellent. No battery-manager app is needed. I don't use a case, so the phone is so slim that it easily fits into my pants front pocket. The screen stays clean and rarely shows smudges or finger prints.
Samsung will have difficulty surpassing the features and quality of this smartphone, for the next version.
This review was easy to write, because it's easy to love the best.
Accessories are available for a low price: I bought a back cover that looks like snake skin, for a low price.

Recommended range extender device

I previously had another companies WIFI Repeater Access Point. This Linksys RE1000 Wireless-N Range Extender is better for two reasons. It extends the wifi range without requiring a log-in as the access point device required. Also, the signal strength is better. Set-up was very easy compared with the access point device, and I quickly had a better signal strength in the back of my house.
An additional item to be aware of for some homeowners. My house has a chimney in the wall between my computer room and the back of the house. The Range Extender had poor signal strength when placed either before or after this wall with the chimney. When I moved the Range Extender to another room where the signal did not go through the wall with the chimney, the signal strength was good. The distance was longer but the signal strength was much better. The lesson learned was that if the signal strength is poor on the opposite side of a wall, try going around the end of the wall or through other walls even if the distance is further. I use this range extender for my smartphone, throughout my house.
You will need a laptop or possibly a tablet with a USB connector. This range extender didn't go through the setup when it was near my laptop. I then read that the range extender shouldn't be near the laptop, so I moved the range extender away from my laptop and the setup proceeded without problems.

It's so seldom that a product can be used right out of the box, without some aggravation. This external hard drive is one of those few exceptional products that installs with no problems and operates flawlessly. I plugged the drive in and it was immediately recognized and could be used. There have been no issues with backing up data to this drive. It can't get better than this.
Note: I use "Second Copy" software to back-up data. I don't use any software that came with the drive.
The drives automatically go into sleep mode when not being used. This really nice feature saves on wear.

When will it be available for shipping?
This camera doesn't seem to be available for shipping either to my home or my local Omaha store. Fine. I'll go pick one up at my local Best Buy. But wait...It's not available in my area. Hmmm. In which area within a 500 mile radius of my town can I find one? I can try to determine the zip code of every Best Buy store in every major city within that radius and then start plugging in numbers...so far, after about 20 zip codes, I've given up. I guess I'll just have to go buy it somewhere that's not a Best Buy store.
Items on bestbuy.com can often be sent (free) to a store of your choosing, within a few days. You can build-up reward points that can be used on other Best Buy items (I sometimes buy printer ink with my points).

Is the 3' inch LCD touchscreen?
The description on Best Buy's website says it has a LCD touchscreen but Canon has released no such information about the screen being so. Also, I've read many credible photography articles that state there is no touchscreen function. Has best buy been mis-informed or do they know something no one else does?
I don't see "touchscreen" used in the features or specifications, on the Best Buy website. The screen is NOT a touchscreen. Navigation through the menus is done with buttons. It is helpful to read the manuals to know how to navigate in the menus.
