One of the greatest tv concepts I've seen in years

Harper's Island was a new inventive way to bring the horror genre to tv. I was really intrigued by the storyline and how everything started to come together. I thought that the character development was great. Every single character you actually either cared about or hated. The mystery surrounding the story was very cleverly done, keeping you on the edge of your seat and guessing until the very end. In my opinon, I thought the producers were going to have a hard time to deal with the violence since it was a horror show, but they didn't dissapoint with the killings which were pretty violent and gruesome. The show was very inventive but it was too bad that it could only be a one season deal. CBS to a great job producing this one. I will by it, most definitely.
What's great about it: Storyline, inventive
What's not so great: Too bad it was only a one season deal

What a Batman game should be

This is by far one of the best games I've played in a long time after Gears of War 2 and Bioshock. The graphics are insane! It's like watching a movie. Plus the story and the acting is awesome. If you didn't know, the voices are actually the voices from Batman: The Animated Series which I really dug. I haven't beat the game yet so I can't really comment on the length. The unlockables, achievements and the upgrades are all fun to do. I thought the fighting would get repeatitive, but it's actually quite fun if you string the combos together. Overall, this is how a Dark Knight game should be: dark, sinister, and action packed.
What's great about it: Graphics, gameplay, being Batman
What's not so great: Haven't found anything yet since I haven't beat it

Actually a good movie

Even though this movie was hyped all over the place and became a huge flop for Paramount and Warner Bros. this film isn't that bad. This film or story has many layers in it and to make sense of it you have to peel back the layers and pay attention...especially in the title credits since it shows you the history of the watchmen. Zack Snyder actually paid a lot of attention to detail to the graphic novel to bring it to life on the screen. He even used the comic panels as storyboards for the scenes and action sequences. It was a little long...could've been shorter. With this director's cut, I'm betting that it will actually be longer. Also if you can get past seeing a lot of naked blueness of Dr. Manhatten, then you might enjoy this movie. Overall, the novel is better, but to see it on the big screen/ little screen, it's a good adaptation.
What's great about it: The story and the detail Zack Snyder used to complete the film
What's not so great: The length...too long

Would pre-order if I knew this was right...
By MoreInfoPlease from Midwest
I had planned on pre-ordering this product from Best Buy and I assume this is the correct product but there is still no information posted from Best Buy after having been on the site for quite a while. Not to mention that the price seems much higher than what I have seen elsewhere. Looks like we might have to go somewhere with accurate information about an advertised product if Best Buy will not be able to provide competitive pricing and needed info.

I think it is the correct version...the extended editions. I saw that Amazon is having the pre-orders as well and has the description of the discs and a picture of the box .
