North Korea 2 years ago. Prisoner viciously interrogated – then a prisoner swap – then fast forward to present day Washington D.C. This is a none-stop action flick at its best & it does not disappoint – see it again!

This is a story of the customs of a rural Southern town in Mississippi in the 1930’s and the smoldering discontent of society during the “Great Depression.” This enduring classic movie still pleases its’ audience today even after over 50 years and I am sure that it will continue to do so for generations to come. It’s truly a memory that is now gone but yet we still remember it for what it was.

This is a pleasant story of a young love gone array and the rekindling of it 21 years later – it’s filled with a wonderful life’s story, memorable remembrances and pleasant thoughts. This is the kind of story you will want to come back to on a rainy day as it is guaranteed to lift you.

Captivating plus Beautiful Cinematography

This flick, to say the least, is both captivating and interesting – it’s a pure fun view that really very pleasantly prods your imagination “of things to come.” The cinematography is beautiful and all the scenes are deftly coupled with “just the perfect” sound-track to assist in setting the Directors desired audience mood. Bottom Line – the Director Ridley Scott really got this thing right. The closing scene sequences are absolutely uplifting!

The ATMOS Sound is great as is the story.

Same fast paced format accompanied by a “forceful” sound-track, great story-telling by an especially well-qualified action cast – and it’s easy to come back to the 2nd time around because you know you will be viewing a solid entertainment package that both holds your attention and regales you.

A flamingo musical sound-track accompanies the sweeping cinematography of aerial vistas of Southern California coastline and its' communities. This is a light, fun and completely whimsical movie that is invariably an easy view. It’s also a tranquil view to return to. So be sure to see it again – and often!

A Great Tribute to the Life of Johnny Cash

Catches the Spirit of Horse Racing

It’s 1910, if you have a dream go out west – there’s a fortune to be made in your future and the skies the limit. But the 1929 “Bust” changed all that. It was a hard time for many who had to develop a new direction because there was no work for many which led to despair. Somehow an entrepreneur horse lover and owner, a broken but skilled Trainer and a want-to-be Jockey came together to train a broken horse named Seabiscuit. The “Narrator” helped set the mood-of-the-times as our Nation’s economy was in a Boom-to-Bust and Struggled-Back-Again situation and “Tick Tock McGlaughlin,” the Radio Horse Jock, provided the enthusiasm for the sport. Seabiscuit rose to prominence in the late 1930’s – he crushed War Admiral at Pimlico Race Course November 1, 1938 and after winning the Santa Ana Handicap in 1940 he retired to Ridgewood Ranch, near Willits, California – at that time he was horse racing’s all-time leading money winner. So get ready for both a great people and horse racing story – it’s a remarkably good view and it will reach out and pleasantly touch you.

This movie is a realistically-told story by young relatively unknown actors who acted their parts well. It is choreographed to tell the story of the Allied Bombing Campaign against Axis Italy that commenced in July 0f 1943. The actors did their part but in many cases the Director missed the mark even though he was backed up by very realistic sets and in-depth CGI effects – the film failed to inspire the viewer but it does tell a good story.
