I just upgraded from the Roku HD to this unit. My old one was getting very slow and having a hard time loading videos. This new one is lightning fast and has absolutely no trouble quickly loading anything I've thrown at it so far.
I use it with the PLEX app to view movies and videos stored on my PC. Works great!
I also love that you can listen through the included headphones on your remote. It mutes the volume on your TV so that those in the room at bothered with whatever you are watching. The headphones are high quality and seem very durable.
Looking forward to trying out the included Angry Birds game as well!
If you are looking for an option to cable or just want to supplement your current entertainment setup you just can't go wrong with Roku.
What's great about it: Fast
What's not so great: Nothing

This is probably the best of the "later" Disney movies. Michael J Fox voices the lead character. Lots of action and great animation.
